My name is Monica Jerez and I am a dedicated therapist based in Houston. I am bilingual therapist in English and Spanish. If we go to a doctor to seek professional help when we break an arm or feel sick; then we should also go to a therapist to seek professional help when we have issues with our mood, thoughts and behavior. Going to therapy will help them cope better, communicate better and do better. I will meet with parents/guardians after every 3 therapy sessions to discuss progress and continue skills at home.
